Refining Our Ideas
We began to gather mood board images for the coffee shop idea:
But, this afternoon, we had to discuss our coffee shop idea.
A lot of people are in agreement that it doesn’t really have a motivated story;
meaning that the protagonist has not experience enough emotions to be aggravated
to throw coffee in the stranger’s face. So, we’ve decided to go back to the
drawing board on that and focus on the other idea.
We’ve discussed it in detail together and we have finalised
a synopsis and log line:
We’ve also talked in
the group about the basic storyboard layout. We got some of the more skilled
drawers among us to sketch these out:

Izzy show how we would focus on the bare as being the last link to the couple’s
son; and how it is coming between their marriage from their conflicting approaches
to dealing with the bear.
