Experience Preparing For The Project

BFilm Micro Summer Film School:

Over the summer of 2017, I took part in BFilm Summer Film School in association with Graduate+. My role was to direct a film from a script commissioned from the school of English. Whilst this happened before the beginning of the module, I found that it was really great experience for understanding how things work on set. From a directing point of view, I spent a lot of time with the actors whilst the other departments took responsibility to set up for the next shot. In summary, I feel that this has given me some insight as to what to expect for when I begin Subject In Context and Collaborative Practice.
